These policies complement and incorporate by reference Viibra By Fayi Terms of Service.
SHIPPING
- Domestic Orders: Free U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more (before tax). We also offer free delivery within a 10-mile radius of zip code 33178 in Florida. Standard $9.99 shipping for all other domestic orders. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and shipping.
- Shipping Delays: Shipping delays may occur if payment cannot be processed or verified. Some credit card issuing banks may place a hold on payment if the billing information is inaccurate or if the billing and shipping addresses are different.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of the order's receipt.
- Store Credit Only: All returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. No cash refunds will be provided.
- Item Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and condition to be returned. They must not be worn, washed, altered, or have tags removed.
- Final Sale Items: Sale items and discounted products are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
ONLINE RETURNS
- All returns are subject to an $7 restocking fee, and customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returns. This includes any online orders returned as undeliverable by a mail carrier and any orders directly returned by you, even if the package has not been opened. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not accept or assume responsibility for the loss of or damage to returned items while in transit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of the return for store credit. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our return policy requirements.
- All approved returns will be credited as a digital gift card for use on viibrabyfayi.com or in our showroom.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email our customer service team at cs@viibrabyfayi.com and include photo(s) of the product before starting the exchange process.
In-Store Returns: Online orders may be returned at our physical showroom.
All online shipping and return policies apply solely to orders placed on viibrabyfayi.com. Any exceptions or changes to these policies are at the sole discretion of Viibra By Fayi.
